VerifyAct es una herramienta tecnológica de apoyo a la revisión documental. Utiliza OCR e inteligencia artificial para detectar posibles inconsistencias entre un documento y los documentos de identidad de las partes.
No es asesoría ni certificación legal
Los resultados de VerifyAct —incluidos el índice de confiabilidad, el semáforo y el informe— son orientativos. No constituyen asesoría legal, dictamen profesional, certificación, fe pública ni validación jurídica. VerifyAct no reemplaza el análisis, la diligencia ni la responsabilidad de un notario, abogado u otro profesional habilitado.
Revisión profesional obligatoria
Antes de formalizar, firmar o tomar cualquier decisión sobre un documento, este debe ser revisado por un profesional del derecho competente. La ausencia de inconsistencias detectadas por VerifyAct no garantiza que el documento sea correcto, completo o válido.
